Tasty Swiss Chard

1 bunch Swiss chard, rinsed and drained

1-2 T olive oil

1 garlic clove

1/4 C Parmesan cheese

1/4 C bread crumbs (Italian seasoned)

15.5 oz can cannellini beans

 

Separate the chard leaves from the center stems. Chop the stems into small pieces and boil for about 5 minutes. Add the greens and boil until wilted. Drain. In a large pan, saute garlic in olive oil. Add chard, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and beans. Heat through and serve.
