"My Tomato" Story Time/Greenhouse Walk w/Elizabeth

In this active, hands-on camp, kids 8 to 12 will explore White Barn Farm and its surrounding forested property. We’ll start with games to learn about seeds and plants, then hike through the woods to explore the forest and pond environments. Back at the farm, we’ll tour the greenhouse and prepare a pot with seeds or a seedling to take home. An exploration of the vegetable and flower fields will wrap up the morning. Each camper will receive a copy of My Tomato, a book set at White Barn Farm that features the process and science of plant development from seed to fruit.
