Ingredients:
4 carrots (small) peeled and chopped into bite sizes
2 rutabaga (small) peeled and chopped into bite sizes
2 tbsp olive oil
0.5 ts salt
0.5 ts pepper
0.5 ts garlic powder
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375 F.
Place peeled and chopped rutabaga and carrots in a large mixing bowl. Add tablespoon olive oil and stir to coat the vegtables. Add salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well.
Arrange the peeled and chopped vegtables on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Place in the oven and roast for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, take out and flip vegtables. Roast for an additional 20 minutes.
Remove and check that the vegtables are tender. The larger the pieces of vegetables, the longer they need to cook for.
